Returns And Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your Peugeot watch, you may return it for a full refund (less S&H) within 30 days of date of purchase. If you choose to send back your Peugeot watch for exchange, you may do so, with an additional cost of $9.95 for S&H on the new watch. All watches must be returned in their original box, and must be in unused / unworn condition. The condition of the watch is solely up to our discretion, and we have the right to refuse any refund of used or worn watches. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be posted. Please note that we will only issue credit to the same card that the original purchase was made on.
To return you Peugeot watch please include a copy of your packing list and note your reason for return. Carefully pack your watch in its original packaging and send to:

When sending back your watch please make sure you pack your watch carefully to avoid any damage that may occur in transit back to our facilities. We also recommend insuring your package as well for the full value of your watch.
