Should you need service or repair to your Peugeot watch, please contact our service center via email at wservice@vivatime.com. One of our service center representatives will go over with you the steps to take to ensure you receive proper care for your Peugeot timepiece. Be sure to include $9.95 to cover S&H along with the cost of parts if any. NYS Residents must add applicable sale tax.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your Peugeot watch to be serviced and sent back out to you. You may call our service center at any time for updates on your repair.

To maximize the life and enjoyment of your Peugeot watch you should take care to avoid dust, moisture, and shock to the watch. For any servicing or repairs to the watch always use the Peugeot service center. They are professionally trained to repair and/or make adjustments to your timepiece. Please note that any service to the working mechanism of your watch done outside of our service center will result in a VOID OF YOUR WARRANTY.
If you know the model number to your watch we can check if it is still available. If you do not know your model number we will do our best to find it based on your description. You can email a picture or the watch as well if you have that available.
